The KSU Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) is hosting a Social Media  Marketing panel presentation located at Kennesaw State University.

The talented ensemble cast for the event will be discussing social media in the business world with the following topics:
  • Social Media Trends come and go, the tools change but in the end social media is all about connecting with other people.
  • The Current and future of social media technology
  • How businesses are leveraging social media to market themselves.
  • Social media marketing initiatives taken on by Coca Cola

Don't be left out

Be sure to get your ticket to the 2009 AiMA Awards before the event sells out (which happened last year).

Here's what you need to know about the event:

  • Date: April 30, 2009
  • Location: Fernbank Museum of Natural History (767 Clifton Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30307)
  • Time: 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
  • Cost: $120 (this covers three drink tickets per person and heavy hors d'oeuvres)
  • Parking: Free

Event Schedule

The event will begin with networking, cocktails and heavy hors d'oeuvres in the Great Hall of Fernbank among some of the world's largest dinosaurs. We'll then move into the IMAX Theater for the 2009 AiMA Awards presentation, which will be hosted by Kevin Nalty of Will Video for Food fame. Attendees will be able to vote on the People's Choice Award. This is where you pick the winner (and we put the "interactive" in interactive marketing).
